Access Statement

The Warwick Holiday flats has four floors. Access to the property is ramped from the footpath then two small steps to the front door. Opening the outer door leads into a small vestibule and an inner door. The inner door opens into the main hallway.

Access to all apartments is via the main carpeted hallway and staircase. Unfortunately we have no lift to the upper floors.

The Ground Floor Apartment is accessed via a door at the end of the main carpeted hallway.

Apartments 1 & 2 on the first floor, are accessed via a carpeted staircase leading off the main hallway from the front entrance. There are 12 steps up to a small landing then 4 further steps to the first floor and the entrance doors for apartments 1 & 2.

Apartments 3 & 4 on the second floor, are accessed via a carpeted staircase from the first floor landing. There are 12 stairs to a small landing then a further 3 steps to the entrance doors of apartment 3 & 4.

Apartment 5, on the third floor,  is accessed via a carpeted staircase from the second floor.There are 11 steps up to a small landing then a further 3 steps to the entrance door of apartment 5.

With a total of 16 steps from the ground to first floor, a total of 15 steps from the first to the second floor and a total of 15 steps from the second to the third floor, you would need to climb a total of 46 stairs to climb from the ground floor to the top floor.

There is free street parking outside the main entrance but this is very limited and can not be guaranteed. We are able to offer rear off road secure parking for 1 car accessed via Lord Street. Parking at the rear is restricted for use by the Ground Floor Apartment only

Assistance with luggage is offered to all guests.

All area of the hall and landings are brightly lit with lights and emergency exit signs showing the exit route in case of emergencies. All apartments are numbered for easy identification.

All apartments have freeview televisions.

All apartments have a 2010 rated integral fire system.

We offer a strictly no smoking policy in the whole building.

The Warwick Holiday Flats has a zero tolerance policy for abusive behaviour and/or abusive language towards owner, staff and fellow guests. Should your behaviour at any point be deemed unacceptable without exception your entire party will be asked to leave without any refund.

The Warwick is generally staffed for guests arrival times only. Your arrival time is therefore important to us to ensure there is someone on hand to greet you. Outside of these times you will be given a contact number for use in emergencys.
