Apartment 1 is a studio apartment located on the first floor at the back of the building. It is suitable for a single or couple.
Contained within the apartment is a lounge bedroom, a separate kitchen diner, a shower room and a seperate WC.
In the studio lounge, you will find an LCD TV,a comfortable double bed (made up with fresh clean bed linen ready for your arrival, wardrobe and two comfortable bucket chairs. A wall mounted electric fire provides heating.
The kitchen diner is fully equipped with all the essentials you could need including 2 ring electric cooker, larder fridge and microwave. An electric immersion heater is located in a cupboard under the sink to provide your hot water. Washing up liquid, pan scourer, dish cloth, tea towel and multi purpose cleaner are provided and your complimentary welcome tray includes tea, coffee, drinking chocolate, milk, sugar and biscuits.
The shower room has an electric shower and there is a seperate WC next door. A wash hand basin is located just outside the WC in a small hallway. Hand and Bath Towels are provided for your stay.

Apartment 5 is the largest of our apartments and occupies all of the third floor of the building. It is suitable for two couples or a family.
The lounge is situated at the rear of the building and has an LCD TV, 2 cosy two seater sofas and a coffee table. Although there is a large free standing electric fire in the lounge, the apartment is fully central heated. The Boiler is located in the kitchen and provides all the heating and hot water you’ll require.

Over looking the front of the property, there are two separate double bedrooms with wardrobes. Both have comfortable double beds, wardrobe, a chair and wash hand basin. One has a dressing table with mirror, the other a chest of drawers.
